General Terms and Conditions

All my beads are annealled in a digitally controlled kiln for durability and examined closely then cleaned before being offered for sale. I will not knowingly sell a second quality bead without stating so.

Please note that whilst every effort is made during photographing to ensure that the colours are as true as possible I can't guarantee that they are viewed as such. If you receive any item that does not meet your expectations then please contact me to discuss.

As all beads are handmade there will be slight fluctuations in designs/sizes listed as matching. No 2 beads will ever be exactly the same. I believe this to be one of the charms of a handmade piece and ask that you bear this in mind when ordering.

I cannot accept liability for any injuries caused by broken beads. As stated above beads are annealed for strength and under normal circumstances should not break, however, they are glass!

Please remember beads are a choking hazard and should not be given to small children. I can not accept liability for any instances of choking.

Copying of designs is something I endevour not to do and would ask that others respect this and do not copy my designs.
